La Sagrada Familia


Even though his architecture seems revolutionary, Gaudí was a devout Catholic, and  this cathedral was to be his masterpiece. He died in 1926 after being run over by a streetcar in 1926, and never got to finish it.

Sort of like an octopus speeding away. The tips have mosaics, and in spidery writing, they're   inscribed: Hosanna Excelsis
