Pushkar


One of the holy sites of Hinduism, with a beautifully serene lake. It's forbidden to photograph the lake, though for some reason, there were picture postcards of the lake for sale all over town.

Possibly the only one in India. Though Brahma created the universe, he went strangely quiescent afterwards, and is almost never worshipped.
