The smaller building is the mausoleum of Sukhbaatar, another leader I didn't get to see.

The Bogd Khan was a lama from Tibet, who was not only the religious leader of Mongolia, but was also king between 1911 and 1922. He was ridiculously wealthy, and owned Mongolia's only automobile, a zoo, and other items.
